We’re an innovative, hard-working group that thrives in a constantly changing, fast paced environment. Our Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager position, reporting directly to our Head of Business Development of North America.  With an established and success team of 25+ BDRs already in place here in North America, we are looking to launch our 2nd sales hub in Raleigh, NC within the next month.  This is an exciting opportunity for an aspirational sales development leader to step into our sales leadership team and mentor, motivate, and empower a group of hungry, driven, and focused BDRs. 

 

The ideal candidate is someone who has had experience running a complex and strategic sales motion on the enterprise level as a Business Development Representative and has worked their way into a management position.

 

The Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will lead Outbound Prospecting BDR Operations in the Raleigh market. This role has three main focus areas:

 

THE FIRST is to Lead, Inspire, and Motivate the team. This will include leading prospecting activities by example; coaching, training, and supporting our BDRs' daily activities to effectively engage and result in a high-performance team and culture!

 

THE SECOND part of the role is Operational; driving optimal strategy, processes, and execution across multi-technology platforms (CRM / Salesloft etc.), building and communicating reports, and making intelligent observations.

 

THE THIRD is to seamlessly fit into the Sales Leadership team strategically and culturally. Ultimately, the BDR Manager will ensure strong execution in building quality sales pipeline for our Account Executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES...

  • You will be responsible for weekly forecasting / reporting, training, and general management of the team.
  • You will accurately help predict viability in hitting sales goals through a strong understanding of the pipeline.
  • You will keep track of your team’s professional skills; identify their strengths and areas of development and apply relevant training and coaching.
  • You will manage your team’s personal needs and maintain high morale.
  • You will contribute and add value to the overall strategy in the US by giving insight and providing feedback.
  • You will be a strong ‘Front Line’ leader bringing energy to the office, to excite and inspire the team!

Some technical skills we need:

  • Strong written skills for internal and external communication, especially structuring written outbound prospecting material
  • Experience with outreach / multi touch Sales Cadences
  • Has a strong understanding of Salesforce
  • Knows how to create and customize views and dashboards

REQUIREMENTS...

  • College graduate from a 4-year institution
  • SaaS / Software sales experience
  • SDR / Sales background 3.5+ Years
  • At least 1.5+ managerial / team lead / Sales Leadership experience
  • Has direct experience with heavy prospecting and prospecting processes
  • Has strong expertise and coaching experience in prospecting across Calling / Email / Social Selling
