In order for our users to have a clear understanding of our products, the Celonis Academy offers a wide range of online and onsite training courses. In the Academy, you are responsible for supporting our customers and partners throughout their entire learning journey to become true Celonis experts. This includes building good customer relationships as well as content-related support for the individual online training courses. To perfectly support our customers, you become a Celonis subject matter expert and learn how our software is used to empower frictionless processes for thousands of users.

You manage our Learning Management System with more than 10,000 users.  Furthermore, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, delivery and maintenance of content, assets and other resources used for training

functions. As an Academy Service Manager you own and enhance the Academy's internal processes such as order fulfillment and provisioning and marketing of online training access. In addition, you continuously evaluate our training offering to ensure high quality throughout our services and training offerings.
